About Cauhe Guillotine

The Cauhe GH range of guillotines are available in cut sizes from 120cm through to 420cm and so are suited to those with high volume wide format cutting requirements. The standard double-pull down knife action, (twin gearbox knife drive) provides for greater power and increased precision cutting. Safety features being a priority the Cauhe guillotine range is equipped with dual channel safety PLC, cross monitored functions on all safety controls and is fully compliant with UK P.I.A.C safety guidelines and European Standard EN1010 part 3 guillotine safety. Guillotine is supplied with High speed steel blade as standard.

Features include:
- Monitored duel controlled pneumatic fail-safe clutch & brake system
- Variable pressure hydraulic clamping, interlocked with front guarding system.
- Twin precision rotating ball screws driving the back-gauge, (difficult to knock out of square).
- Extra cut buttons, to enable cutting from left, centre and right side of machine.
- Monitored pneumatic safety bolt.
- Simple and safe knife change system.
- Stainless steel machine table.
- Microcut plus colour flat screen digital programming system.
- Ultra-fast back gauge drive to assist with rear loading.
- Movable control station mounted on H section rails at the front of the machine.
- Air bed and 1000 x 1000mm Air side tables.
- Infra red front table guarding system with time delay and cross monitored cut buttons.
- Rear table guarding.
